Hello hello! I love vacation!
One of my favorite photos because the tide swept in perfectly to surround the rock I was on!
A little bit tough on the hands when you’re balancing on a rough and slippery rock!
Yoga on vacation is necessary when you have beautiful surroundings!
April 2014 – Photos Taken by James Yu in San Francisco, California
It’s easy to keep your head lifted when there’s pigeon poop right in front of your face!
It’s never too young to start yoga!
“Please don’t fall into the fountain, please don’t fall into the fountain…”
Trying to be vertical with the building behind!
Love the view of the buildings from Yerba Buena Center!
August 2014 – Photos Taken by James Yu in Hamilton Island, Australia
Warrior 2 with nothing but beautiful water and islands in front of my gaze…
Appreciating beautiful Australia skies in Extended side angle.
Taking a chance with Crow-on-a-cliff!

Love love love arm balances! Great for the core, upper body, and mentally challenging.
Standing and back-bending at the same time… takes a lot of effort!
Cherry blossoms are my favorite springtime flowers!
Arms and legs can be interchangeable =)
Dancer Pose: grounding down, reaching forward, and stretching up.
An arm and leg hold variation in Balancing Half Moon.
Just another tree sprouting from the ground =)
Note to self: Forearm balance on a sandy/rocky/gravel-y path is not pleasant on the forearms…
I like making up my own yoga poses. This one is Upside Down Forward Fold Hanging From a Wobbly Tree Branch.
These bars were too hard to resist “striking a pose.”
I’d love to have this bench setting in my backyard…
I see you. I honor you. I respect you.
Honoring the gift of movement.
Trying to match the angle of the tree behind me!
My toes used to touch my head so effortlessly… when I was 3 years old.
You have to take a “Jumping Picture” everywhere you go. Why not in a beautiful blooming Spring Garden?
At any moment in our lives, there is always something we can smile about.
You can see my “third eye!”
Finding a bit of peace and serenity in nature.
My first real “headshot” photo.
There’s nothing like being able to meditate upside down (even when your head hurts a bit on the stone…).
March 2013 – Photos Taken by David Heisler in Van Nuys, CA
Getting ready to film my first DVD shoot for Peak 10 Cardio Strength Remix!
One of my favorite handstand leg variations – the double stag.
August 2011 – Photos Taken By Picture People in San Jose, CA
8 months pregnant and still practicing yoga!
8 months pregnant variation of Pigeon Pose.
Babies like to be right-side up =)
July 2011 – Photos Taken By Mr. Liu in Campbell, CA
Who said you shouldn’t do inversions when you’re pregnant?
A little bit of Acro Yoga with Sherry Han.
Lisa Liu (8 months pregnant) and I (7 months pregnant) practiced yoga with Sherry Han to stay healthy!
Double camel pose with Eagle arms.
Acro-Yoga – flying like superman!
Babies almost kissing (or mamas…).
A pair of pigeons with their proud mama!
January 2011 – Photos Taken By James Yu in Cupertino, CA
I wouldn’t recommend trying Bakasana Crow Pose on top of the monkey bars…
Scorpion forearm balance on the lunch tables.
Headstands work in every setting =)
Handstand!
Upward Facing Dog is the perfect angle for this climbing ladder!
Although I’m smiling here, balancing in the splits on that rail was nerve-racking!
