DESCRIPTION
Gentle Flow Yoga
Come experience the benefits of a gentle flowing yoga class in a safe and non-threatening environment. Learn to listen to your body, practice breath work, and achieve body awareness. Proper body alignment cues, pose modifications, and physical adjustments will be given throughout class so that all participants will feel successful. No pressure, no competition, just show up, have an open mind, and leave class feeling rejuvenated.

#StopDropAndDance was created to encourage a love of dancing, to any song that might come on the radio! We dance from our heart, letting go of the “image” of what dance is supposed to look like. Prepare to sweat (A LOT!), as all the songs have components of high-intensity cardio at times. Wear shoes or dance barefoot on a yoga mat, and bring water!
Yin Yang Yoga
Enjoy the benefits of yang yoga as we slowly move through asanas that will build heat, fire up the core, improve balance, and develop strength throughout the body. We then transition to yin yoga by holding longer stretches, allowing the breath to deepen poses, and expanding our flexibility. Alignment details will be emphasized throughout the class and we will play with props including blocks, straps, blankets, sandbags, and the wall.
TRX Tabata
Mix up your workout with this total body strength training class using two straps hanging from the ceiling. In order to keep the straps stabilized, your core will be activated in every exercise as we do everything from push ups, rows, planks, lunges, to squat jumps and much more! Plus your heartbeat will be racing as we move quickly through TABATAS, or several rounds of all out effort for 20 seconds followed by 10 second breaks for 8 sets. Soreness guaranteed!
Cardio Strength Fitness (Intermediate-Advanced)
Get ready to be challenged in this high-intensity, non-stop class that is filled with cardio intervals, plyometrics, and weight training. Keep your heart rate up during the entire class as you build strength, stamina, and burn a ton of calories. This is a total body workout that is designed for the push-me-to-my-limit individual!
Power Yoga (Intermediate-Advanced)
Connect breath with movement as we flow non-stop for 75 minutes in this Power Vinyasa Flow yoga class. Expect to sweat and build fire from within even though the room is non-heated. Come with an open mind, ready to be challenged, and willing to try new things! Build strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and POWER inside and out!
Rock and Flow Yoga (Intermediate-Advanced)
In this 75 minute Power Vinyasa Flow class, let music be the soundtrack of your life! Contemporary pop, rock, and hip hop music will be turned up a notch in this high energy yoga class that will make you feel like you are at a dance party. This class is appropriate for all levels, but is recommended for those that have some familiarity with sun salutations.
